Welcome to MyLoverr ("the Site"), accessible at www.myloverr.com. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Our platform allows couples to create a personalized page by filling out a form with their name, relationship start date, a personalized message, and up to 10 photos. After completing the form, the couple is directed to the checkout page, and upon payment completion, they receive a link with a QR Code via email.

3. Registration and Security

To use the service, you must provide a valid email address. We will not share your email with third parties.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not use your data for any processing or selling of data to third parties. The registered email is only used to send the personalized page link.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload to the platform, including photos, messages, and relationship information. We are not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal content uploaded by users.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. After completing the payment, the couple will receive a link to the personalized page via email. We do not offer refunds, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

7. Service Modifications

We are committed to keeping the service active and available for the contracted period, as per the chosen plan (2 years for the basic plan or lifetime for the lovers plan). However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as legal, technical, or financial issues, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service. If the service needs to be discontinued, we will take all possible measures to notify users in advance and ensure the preservation of pages or offer alternative solutions whenever possible. MyLoverr (Extreme Programming LTDA) is not responsible for any losses resulting from modifications or discontinuation in extraordinary situations, but we will do our best to minimize the impact.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we do so, we will review the "last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
